I didn’t know how…
Last night I was told a friend of mine passed away from a battle of cancer. We are the same age.. both thirty. He put up a hell of a fight and was so very sick for so very long.
I didn’t know how to say it or what to say on here.. not that you need or care to know but I don’t feel much like looking at here for the moment so I may fall off the grid for a bit to deal with this situation.
He was an amazing guy. The team all-star, played all the sports he could, did choir and chamber choir with me, was a genuine honest man.
He was dealt a shitty deck with the cancer.. he lost a lung to it last year.. and kept going but proved to show at somepoint the fight got to hard.
I will deeply miss him. His smile, his laugh, his positive side on life.
May he find peace and his family find the strength to get through this tough time.
